147. - (1) There shall be a select committee, to be called the Procedure Committee, to consider the practice and procedure of the House in the conduct of public business, and to make recommendations.

(2) The committee shall consist of not more than seventeen Members.

(3) The quorum of the committee shall be five.

(4) The committee shall have power to send for persons, papers and records, to sit notwithstanding any adjournment of the House, to adjourn from place to place and to report from time to time.

(5) Unless the House otherwise orders, each Member nominated to the committee shall continue to be a member of it for the remainder of the Parliament.

147. (1) Sarà costituita una select committee, denominata Commissione per la procedura, per l’esame della prassi e della procedura della Camera nell’esercizio dell’attività di interesse pubblico, e per formulare raccomandazioni.

(2) La commissione sarà composta da non più di diciassette Membri.

(3) Il numero legale della commissione sarà di cinque membri.

(4) La commissione avrà potere di convocare persone e richiedere materiali e documenti, di riunirsi nonostante qualunque aggiornamento della Camera, di aggiornarsi da un luogo all’altro e di riferire periodicamente.

(5) A meno che la Camera non disponga diversamente, ciascun Membro nominato nella commissione continuerà ad esserne membro fino al termine della legislatura.
