123. - All committees, other than committees of the whole House, shall have leave to sit at any time on any day on which the House sits, but may not otherwise sit during any adjournment of the House, without the leave of the House, and such leave shall not be moved for without notice.

123. - Tutte le commissioni, diverse dalle commissioni dell’intera Camera, saranno autorizzate a riunirsi a qualunque ora in qualunque giorno di seduta della Camera, ma non potranno altrimenti riunirsi durante qualunque aggiornamento della Camera, senza autorizzazione della Camera, e tale autorizzazione non sarà proposta senza preavviso.
