68. - If, during the consideration of a bill in a committee of the whole House, the chairman is of opinion that the principle of a clause or schedule and any matters arising thereon have been adequately discussed in the course of debate on the amendments proposed thereto, he may, after the last amendment to be selected has been disposed of, state that he is of this opinion and shall then forthwith put the question “That the clause (or, the clause, as amended) stand part of the bill” or “That this schedule (or this schedule, as amended) be the schedule to the bill”, as the case may be.

68. - Se, durante l’esame di un progetto di legge in sede di commissione dell’intera Camera, il presidente sia dell’avviso che il principio di un articolo o di un allegato nonché qualunque argomento sollevato in relazione ad esso siano stati adeguatamente discussi nel corso della discussione sugli emendamenti che vi siano stati proposti, può dichiarare, dopo che si sia deliberato sull’ultimo emendamento selezionato, di essere di tale avviso e porre quindi immediatamente la questione “Che l’articolo (o, l’articolo, come emendato) faccia parte del progetto di legge” o “Che questo allegato (o, questo allegato, come emendato) sia l’allegato al progetto di legge”, secondo i casi.
